Quality
The central idea behind the conception of Jaya Maaruthi was to supply quality yarn to the market. Since quality forms the core of our philosophy, stringent and meticulous measures are taken in every stage of the manufacturing process to provide our customers their yarn with consistent and desired quality.

Raw Material
To provide our customers with consistent quality we procure our Raw Material from a single supplier only and also stringent tests are done to check whether various fiber parameters are within the desired range.

Maintenance
Maintenance forms the heart of our quality process. We have a dedicated team for machinery maintenance overlooked directly by one of our directors. We strictly use only genuine spares and high quality recommended lubricants for our machines.

Quality Control Lab
Several quality tests are performed as and when the yarn passes through each stage to deliver 100 percent quality with zero percent defects.

We are in constant touch with LMW engineers, Grasim personnel and experts in our industry to upgrade our yarn performance and update ourselves of new developments and ideas.
Other aspects looked into include maintenance of sufficient inventory, UV checking of individual cones for any contamination, usage of high quality packaging materials, facilities for our workers as we believe happy workers produce quality products, etc.
